For 2005-2006, Custom Ag Solutions partnered with the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Risk Management Agency (RMA) on the following Risk Management Education (RME) and Research and Development (R&D) projects:
- Crop Insurance Education for Nevada Producers (NevadaAgRisk.com). In completing the project, we worked with the following organizational partners:
- Nevada Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association;
- University of Nevada Cooperative Extension;
- Nevada Cattlemen's Association;
- Kansas State University; and,
- Nevada Farm Bureau.
- Risk Management Education for Michigan and Ohio Christmas Tree Growers (ChristmasTreeRiskManagement.com). Our project partners included the following organizations:
- Dr. Melvin R. Koelling, Professor, Forest Extension, Physiology, Michigan State University;
- Dr. Rick Bates, Assistant Professor of Ornamental Horticulture, Pennsylvania State University;
- Michigan Christmas Tree Association;
- Ohio Christmas Tree Association; and
- Indiana Christmas Tree Growers Association.
- Risk Management Education for Oregon and Washington Christmas Tree Growers (ChristmasTreeRiskManagement.com). In successfully completing this project, we worked with the following partners:

- Montana State University's Kevin McNew.
During 2005-2006, Custom Ag Solutions was also a partner on the following USDA/RMA projects:

- Crop Insurance Education for Utah Producers (Utah State University Extension).
In 2005-2006, CAS also completed numerous appraisal, feasibility, and valuation projects.
